I want to report GT bug ! Some of servers has not been scanned since 6 hour. Servers are up and working fine but GT is unable to scan it Please do something as soon as possible

Hi guys. Hope someone can help
Here's the thing. Up until I claimed my server armazombies.com on gametracker I was able to see players online. Once I claimed it number of players is always 0. What can this be and how to fix it. I tried restarting server several times. And I changed the name back after claiming process.
Any help would be great

why?
