@larisano - That is how the new server update reports map names. Most of them report either "Altis" or "Stratis". I do not know if the ARMA3 devs plan on correcting this.
@heeeres-johnny - The 2302 + 3 is for GameServers.com customers. If your server is already scanning, we would have to update it for you. What is the current IP:port:query_port and what is the correct IP:port:query_port? Best regards. |

maul wrote: Hi, thanks for the quick response. The server's data: 5.9.10.150:2302 where 2302 is the game port for Arma 3. But I don't know if I understand correctly, but if port 2305 is for GameServers.com customers, what port am I supposed to use then (and why)? Best regards, Johnny |

@heeeres-johnny - The old version of ARMA3 (1.20) used the same port (2302) for the game port and the query port. The new version of ARMA3 (1.22+) uses a separate port for the game port and query port. In the ARMA3 server configuration, you can now choose which port will be the query port. By default, its 27016. The GameServers.com team has configured their servers so that the query port is the game port + 3.
Is "[DE] Swiss Altis Life" your server? If not, you would need to let us know the proper query port that your server is using. If you are using a hosting provider, then you may need to contact them. http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/5.9.10.150:2302/ Best regards. |

Best regards, Broowno -you should forward the steam port as tracking port under server administration & make sure these ports are forwarded in your router too. btw: the email Gametracker sends out doesnt display the URL to this topic as a link, to solve this add 1 space after the URL so it is recongnized as an URL by the email programs, thanks!!! |

@heeeeres-johnny - Okay, since that is querying as the correct server, you're all set on GameTracker. There is nothing more that you need to do.

I've got the same problem like above.
My steam query port is right and I can't claim it or update it. Can you check it maul? IP is 109.236.81.118 - Port is 2302 - Queryport is 27016 |

@larsiano : Thank you, but it still does not work. All my ports are open.
I have the basic configuration on my server. It's a dedicated server, so I dont have router, the only one firewall is "Windows Firewall". I have created rules for port 8766, 27016 and 2302 (in UDP and TCP). What do I need to do now ? |
