I suggest you have the server owner contact their server host in order to resolve their firewall problems. We are not able to fix their network via GT.

Admin,please help us with the solution of this problem.I'll explain directly what's our situation.Out server is working correctly,now it is turned on but Gametracker.com - shows that it is offline. Please,explain us why is this happening ? Our server shuts down sometimes due to an unknow problem,but when it is turned on,Gametracker.com still doesn't show that it's online.Even host doesn't know what seems to be the problem.Please,help us to fix it,or otherwise explain to us.
