AFK/idle kicker system is now active to prevent inactive clients.

No redirect, fake ping, or slot manipulation methods are in use.

The server is now running with real, active players only.

We believe the current status no longer violates any of GameTracker’s ranking guidelines. We kindly request that you review our case and consider reinstating the ranking of our server.

We value the GameTracker platform and are committed to fully complying with its terms. If there are still any issues, we are more than willing to resolve them.

I hope you're doing well.

I’m reaching out regarding the recent unranking of my Medal of Honor: Allied Assault server [#GnX], hosted at 51.255.94.208:12204. It seems the server was flagged due to the presence of idle or potentially fake players, and I would like to kindly provide some clarification.

As part of a small but passionate community still playing MOHAA, my goal has never been to exploit GameTracker's ranking system. The 5 players currently present in the server are not bots, nor are they artificially inflating player counts. They are real clients, connected through my own physical machines (laptop and PC), and their purpose is to provide activity so incoming players have an incentive to stay, interact, and play.

These clients are:

- In active gameplay, not spectating.
- Firing weapons and engaging to provide interaction.
- Intended to help jumpstart activity during low-traffic times.

This approach is not unique - for example, the top-ranked "Forte FFA" server employs a similar method, using melee players to maintain interactivity. I would be happy to adjust or reduce this setup based on your guidance - for instance, I have now reduced the player count to 3 "idle" as they are counted instead of 5.

I deeply value the visibility and trust that GameTracker provides to the community and respectfully request a reconsideration of the ranking removal. If any more compliance adjustments are needed on my end, I’m more than willing to cooperate.

Hi, I just restarted and added back my server after a few years offline and noticed the following message :

"This server has been detected to report fake or
idle clients and it is not eligible to be ranked."

It is true I played with a plugin allowing to show bots in the players tab, it is now removed.

While we were playing normally on our server, we noticed that our server was banned on GameTracker. We have been removed from the rankings. We do not know the reason. We do not use any kind of bots or fake players. We are the biggest Pro Public server in Turkey. Please lift our ban we have done nothing wrong and we don’t even know the reason. Please help us. What we want the most is to have our ban lifted.
