Hello, it says:

"One of the following suggestions may help you:

Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again
Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning or whitelist the gametracker scanning IP addresses:
149.28.43.230
45.77.96.90
155.138.163.54
Your server isn't configured to respond to scan requests. To configure your server to respond properly to GameTracker.com scan requests, please visit this forum thread."

All three IP's are whitelisted (like i did with other sites) and does not work, seems they are outdated, its for Teamspeak 3.

First See: GameTracker scanner IP addresses - Updated 03-Dec-2025

It would assist any attempt at diagnosis if you were to provide the server game type, IP address, join port and query port values.

Have you followed the diagnostics instructed here; Common TeamSpeak 3 Scanning Problems?

Under the headings;
'GameTracker scanners showing up in server' and 'Testing scanning permissions'.

I raised this an admin that has direct access to the site servers and code stack.

All is normal at the GT end.
As you can see here Gametracker TS3 Server List, there are several hundred servers being scanned correctly.

We must conclude that there is some aspect of your server or network configuration that is preventing your server from being scanned.

We also noted that while your server is being recognised by this site Teamspeak-servers.org, it is also NOT being properly recognised here; TS Viewer.com.

In the past, members have noted that Gametracker 'bots' regularly join and leave their server and have become annoyed by this and blocked them resulting in scans failing.
This is just one possibility you might look at either locally or with your server ISP.

Thank you for noticing that!

I just whitelisted there IP "94.23.235.222/32" and now its Online again, didn't saw it, also whitelisted worked.

Unfortunately I still don't know why it isn't working here.

When you have multiple Server Groups, just the group that is as standard in the server settings need the permissions or every group?

I am not experienced at all with TS3 however, it does appear that server groups are more a function of a permissions or privileges hierarchy.
That said, I would certainly test that option at this point.

If you have followed all the steps in 'Common TeamSpeak 3 Scanning Problems' linked above there is not much advice I can add.
You might want to look through previous posts here; TeamSpeak 3 Server Administration & Help. Previous administrator 'burn' was very good at resolving issues.

I also located this Which ports does the TeamSpeak 3 server use?

Yes, the error when adding servers has not been updated (not my job or ability I'm afraid).
That is why I always first link 'GameTracker scanner IP addresses - Updated 03-Dec-2025'

Glad you have resolved it
