Does your ISP do any blocking? Has your IP changed? (dynamic ip) Are your rules in effect? (ie. do you need to reload or reboot your router). Are there any other programs you may not have configured? (ie. Windows Firewall) Good luck, I am sorry we cannot help you further.

Bumbing this old public, since i left, and im returnin but
now i require, some bit alittle help, is i have said about port forward it, adds but does not add in game server any suggestion if there any others ports, ? and ya you guys tried the best |

I still can't see a game server at 217.73.142.59:27015 using HLSW

contacted my ips and they said that, my ip is dynamic , well thats the problem , i guess lock this topic!
