Hello, I got the same issue. Server showing Dead, but I'm on it and playing, everything works just fine, but on gametracker it shows dead. My server 78.46.142.118:27015. Please help us, thank you.

Edit: even after restarting the server, multiple times, gametracker still shows it dead.

Servers are now scanning correctly and we are looking into the root cause of this issue. If you experience this issue again please run a trace to the following IPs from your game server:

208.167.241.187
108.61.78.150
108.61.78.149
149.28.43.230
45.77.96.90

Windows: tracert <IP or Domain>
Linux: traceroute <IP or Domain>

If the trace fails please post an output in this thread.

Please note "Request timed out." is not necessarily an indication of an issue, it's likely the switch does not respond to ICMP requests. If the request times out to the last hop then it's an issue.

Example:

Not an Issue:

Well, everything got solved, after I found my previous GT account and could claim the server and change it back to CS:GO.
