None of the above is happening, they just disappeared. There was always a problems and now the servers disappeared. I was written on the forum about the problems and the support was not interested and now i lost the data.

Support fixed the issue at the time you reported that it had started working normally.

If I do this then I will have new servers and I will have lost the rankings and player statistics.

When a server is removed all player and rank statistics are deleted regardless of how the server was removed.
There are no means to recover deleted server statistics. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. Yes, I understand, and I explain to you that I did not do any such action, and the server did not remain offline just disappeared all. I think the game tracker is not stable and it has big problems

Gametracker has over 16,000 servers registered.
One person's servers are deleted. This incident is not indicative of an unstable site with big problems. I'm sorry you have had issues. I have provided all the assistance and advice available.
