All the addresses I have mentioned, belonging to our company, still have the wrong location.

Once the servers are added, the location is set. For existing servers you will need to update the country manually. I checked all the ips you listed against the new ip tables and they all return Germany as the location. All servers added in the future should map to the correct country.
