Or just delete all files in "maps" folder, server download corrected maps.

The lasts map updates was be in 2003 (First CS1.6 Steam version)

Maybe server or you replace standard maps. Try another server.

You need to add it on http://www.gametracker.com/servers/

If for some reason it fails, you will see a message that will give you suggestions for what may be wrong.

Is your question related to GT Lite + CS, or only your CS game?

If related to GT Lite, can you try the following?

1. Quit GT Lite, then launch CS. Does the game work correctly?
2. Start GT Lite, then launch CS. Does the game work correctly?

hey please i created my own server in counter strike 1.6 and i posted it here aand i played but after one day when i try to connect to my server it says , failed to contact serve , any help please ?
