Hello,

Thanks for the additional screenshot. I have documented this issue, and will post any updates in this thread. Unfortunately, this is a lower priority issue for us, therefore I cannot guarantee a date on when this will be fixed.

Thank you again. I am posting 2 screenshots because this is a conundrum.

The IGS server shows no one on @ 12PM but there were and the historical graph has not moved..




yet on Spam Vikings server, all appears to be well.

The graphs went flatline on many UT servers tonite

7/29 - scan times are up to 35 mins, and graphs are still so far behind. I understand the lack of priority but it is frustrating.

Its been a lack of priority for 3 years now...All my servers take anywhere from 5 - 45 Mins to scan..And never show over 12 players even though EVERY other Monitor shows 14-20 Players. On top of that at night its even worse..It seems like when ever the servers get populated the scan time triples..But in the Middle of the day when everyone is working it scans every minute..Kinda Stupid if you ask me.

Check CLQ on any of those servers they actually show the right amount of players..and not this Hourly average bull.

Hello,

Are your scanning problems back? I know we found that serveradvertmutator or something like that caused you problems back then, and maul determined that what GT showed was accurate with what your server reported back. I will look at your servers tonight to see if I can see delays in scanning. Currently two are only slightly abnormal in scan times at about 7 minutes, but I will monitor more later.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

Nope all Mutators have been Removed And All other Game tracking Software Tracks correctly..never goes over 12 Players here.

I've confirmed that your servers sometimes have 5-10 minute scan times, which is not usual. I'll keep your posts in this thread as a bug report.

Would you please link to other tracking sites that show higher activity for your servers compared to GT? I just looked at theclq.com (if that's where you were referring to) and compared graphs to GT - not much difference. Their "averages" graph never goes above 12 either. In fact, their graph for http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/24.248.95.170:7777/ is significantly lower.

Player lists match between GT, HLSW, theclq, and game-monitor. I would recommend downloading HLSW so you can compare what your server is actually reporting with what GT shows.

I would also recommend fixing the issue with blank player names, scores, pings, teams, etc. You can see this behavior in HLSW. GT may artificially show your player count low from time to time due to this incomplete data. Unfortunately, that is a bug with your server, not GT.

I'll look into it Burn, Im running the Titan Team Fixer which is a POS anyway..Will remove it for testing this week.

Still getting SUPER slow scan times...11 mins?? Thats not gonna cut it.
