When I try to scan that server, I am getting:

WE WERE UNABLE TO VERIFY THAT YOUR SERVER NAME IS 'GAMETRACKERCLAIMSERVER'
In order to claim ownership of your server you must temporarily rename it to:
GameTrackerClaimServer
This server is currently named:

Please check your game server config file, restart the server, and try again.


You must have resolved the server issue so hopefully you can claim it now once you change the name.

My server is not scanned by gametracker

My other servers are added to gametracker but not this server... why?

Your server is not responding to the stats request. Did you open the port in your firewall for scanning using the UDP protocol?

Your server is not responding to a query request. Please open the port in the server firewall or whitelist the GT scanner IPs.

ive tried opening the port, did not work.

how exactly do i whitelist an ip-adress?

It depends on the firewall. I would recommend reviewing any documentation with it or doing a quick google search.

If you host it locally, you may need to also worry about port forwarding in your router. You may also need to monitor if you have a dynamic ip and re-add it each time it changes.

I have a similar problem with my main FFA server for CS 1.6. Before, GT was detecting without problem the server with ip 190.12.67.234:27015 but 2 months ago i see the message "Gametracker could not scan the server" however with the rest of my servers everything is working fine (the different is just the port, the ip is the same).

I need to know what is really happen with this server. Thanks in advance for your help.

Please open the port 27015 in your firewall so the scanner is not blocked from querying for information.
