Okay, But we are unable to fix this issue since we don't have the knowledge of servers. I'm going to leave as it is. Let us see what happens. Btw thanks for your quick reply

GT will resolve the issue to make sure the players that are reporting from your server as bots at some point in the future. It's not really a high priority bug.
I'll go ahead and close this thread. Someone will update this thread when it is looked into. Hopefully you are able to resolve the issue on your end so your server doesn't tell GT they are bots. Again, good luck.
