Well it is a big problem when people connect to servers using standard DNS and when the DNS changes they magically are no longer able to connect. I had this over and over again with people connecting from gametracker or via the TS master list of servers. When things changed they would all vanish, while all the people who connected using the correct TSDNS or SRV record had no interruption and are always able to connect. I removed my server from the master server list to help prevent this, but I do not want to remove my server from here because someone could just add it again and besides, I like seeing the rank go up and down.

Having the simple dropdown menu to select standard dns, TSDNS or SRV would be a simple thing for users and would provide their members with an automatic way to always connect to the right server no matter if it changes providers/location since they will be connecting via a domain which always points to the correct DNS and port, every time.

Should be an option for either one to use i cant get the gt to resolve mine but can connect in game and can check via ip
