accidentally made a new topic about this.

i think it has something to do with player names with ")" or other special characters in it.

servers are still showing less players than what are there random times of the day and night







Both these servers run full basically 24/7 however as you can see by the graph its not tracking properly out of the 12 servers we have for cod bo about 8 banners are working how they should

We are still having issues with tracking players properly on most of our black ops servers
It shows less players than what are there or it shows none when in fact the servers are full basically all the time
This brings there rank down theres been patches etc etc when will these servers be tracked properly or will they be at all?

This happens at all times of the day and is not only happening on one of our server banners but 10 out f 14 are tracking improperly

There are known issues scanning Black Ops servers at the moment and your server may be showing data that is not 100% accurate. This is not an issue we can patch on GameTracker. I believe we may be able to start full (and reliable) scanning again early next week sometime.

Our server is also getting this error.

At time of writing RCON player list reports that the server is full, however gametracker says there is only 9/18 players online.

This is really affecting the rank of the server...

Still same problem. Server rarely shows full, even though it usually is.

We're working on updating the black ops scanning. There may be some discrepancies in the players graph.

You should now be able to see the online players and current/previous map. The player counts should also be more accurate going forward.
