I see this often and many times as down and graph stays much lower than player count has. I restarted it in case its not reading it right.

Many of my Teamspeaks show them as down but the player list shows the channels and people in them.

Funny how i restart and now it jumps up to proper player count. maybe glitched?
Not to sound like a jerk but that server has 38+ players a day on average. from 10am to 2 am.

hzkillslick,
It seems that your garry's mod server is reporting data correctly now. You're right, the server itself could have been glitched, since it was reporting data properly after a restart. Please keep in mind that our new scanning improvements have been public for just a few days now. As far as I can tell, the graphs for your garry's mod server will begin building properly at this point. I will check it periodically, but feel free to chime in if you see further stats issues. clay33478, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We have corrected scanning on many TS3 servers yesterday, but not all. The particular server that you posted will remain dead for the time being. Best regards. |

well thats good but even after restart it seems to still not show proper player count in graph. like today we had event going had 60+ players for 2 hours + . It never went up the whole time. and even 3 hours later never went up. Our server did restart after event. ALso your numbers are very scewed like 2 servers not even same player average are now higher in rank yet we have higher player average going but your site whats up with that?

Hello again,
I've checked your server several times - The numbers on GT appear to match up to what the server is reporting. I will continue to check for anomalies. Keep in mind, the graphs are not real-time (usually 1hr behind), and times are for the EST timezone. |

With the current system, ranking is not specifically determined by the "average player count" value as that would be a misleading indicator. For example, a 50 slot server that opened 1 day ago and was full the entire time may have an average of 48 players. However, tomorrow or the day after it could drop down and not have quite a good day.
Therefore, your rank is not simply a current snapshot of your server, but rather looks at the trend in your server activity and looks closely at the past week of data. ![]() |

oh i see well thats alot more misleading than a server thats been listed for a long time and has been up average players for long time standing.
