Again, do not see the online players and the server checks for a long time. Because of this error, the rating decreases the server. Why does my post removed?

Some servers on gametracker have that issue. It's not just you will be fixed.

My server is stuck from the morning at 49 players , but there are 64 online atm. How can i resolve this? |

Hello Rating the game server is falling, the server checks for a long time. (every 5 hours), although onlain always 32/32

i suggest to gametracker to freeze the rank until this problem resolved because my server in rank 2 was and tomorrow will be in rank 30 if this problem did not resolve as soon as possible

Hi, looking at my servers graphs, I notice that many of them are full and show 64/64 yet on gametracker, it hasn't been scanned in 14 hours and some haven't been scanned in 4 hours.

Can you please look at the server: 5.9.101.147:28961
This server is already 14 hours not scanned. Also server: 5.9.101.147:28930 is not proper scanned and we are loosing our ranking. So please we need some support on this.
