And yet, when I visit your servers I see no players marked as bots.
(this is not a denial that it can happen)

As far as I am aware no developer has witnessed this issue.
If an issue cannot be replicated at the time of investigation it can difficult to impossible to discover the cause.

It is a minor and occasional annoyance for which we apologise but it is by no means a strong indication that 'gametracker is broken'.
