Read the events on page 2 that lead up to providing a working solution. I just kept up with everything. I will condense everything for you guys: Make sure your ports on your server are set to:

port:2302
steam port: 8766
Steam Query Port: 27016

Then go onto your main page on gametracker and click on the manage tab. On the top it will prompt you in red lettering an error occuring. replace 2302 with 27016. Once these changes are confirmed your server should no longer be showing up as dead. It should be alive!! Yayyy then just give the server about an hour to reconnect to everything and it should be displaying everything properly again.

if you confirmed that your ports are correct on server side. Make sure its correct on the website of gametracker. make sure the Query Port = 27016

For GameServers.com customers,

We have updated the query ports on most ARMA3 servers hosted by GS. There are a few servers that are still in the "transition" state, however. If your GS hosted server appears dead on GameTracker, you can try updating the query port manually. The query port is the game port + 3.
