Why is it that my banners dont work until i come to gametracker.com and bypass the "Checking your browser before accessing gametracker.com" message

As previously explained, the issues you are experiencing with banners on third party sites are due to CloudFlare being enabled for DDOS protection of the Gametracker site.

If you validate your browser/IP by opening a Gametracker page first, then your other sites should display the banners correctly.

I realise this is inconvenient, but I have been informed by the site / server manager that this is likely to be the situation for the weekend.

It is deemed to be better than having the site crash, and losing all functionality.

At this point it also seems pointless to accept further posts to this thread which would simply result in people missing this explanation, so I am locking the thread.

Burn can update or replace this post if there is a change in status or when further information become available.
