Game-tracker can't even find our servers now.

You are probably going to lose a lot of people unfortunately.

This was an unfortunate database error that is mostly resolved. There is still data being recovered and merged into the re-added server pages. Unfortunately there is a small portion that may not be able to be recovered.

We respect all of your concerns and have been doing what can be done to restore the affected server information.

As mentioned in the original post and some of my replies, ranks should normalize once again within a week. Development will be trying to accelerate the affected servers rank change.

Hello again. In other words: No. I will tell you yet again, GT will attempt to restore as much information as possible... and... it does not matter if the server was re-added or not. Hopefully this makes sense to you now.

What about the lost player profiles? So now does everyone have to go in and reclaim their GT profile for a server??? Look at mine here: http://www.gametracker.com/player/GaWebDevDotCom/173.199.102.177:25200/

Also it appears that the dozens of server banners I have worked so hard to publish all over the web are now BROKEN. Even with the server added again and reclaimed ... still broken banners.

The small portion that cannot be recovered will not be able to be restored. Since GT banners work off of IP and Port (and name for players), they will be recreated as soon as the server is re-added and/or the player is re-seen on that server.

I can see that the regular server banners for your favorite servers are currently loading correctly. Let me know if you are referring to the server banners of a page not in your favorites and I will look at it.

Im sure they will fix it but if you having that much issues with restore then best bet is wipe clean starty over for all.
mine shows down right now but its not down .

We have been in top servers for 2-3 years we lost alot and we worked hard.

I personally believe a full wipe would do much more harm than good. While we have compassion for the small portion that was negatively affected by the database issue, it would not be in the best interest of the site as a whole if everyone was reset.

As mentioned before, your ranks should normalize within the week. It may not be *exactly* where it should be for a month, but it will be close.

OK Burn. Thanks for your reply. Now my gt server sig seems to be working and banners as well yet no data has been restored. So your my saying my bf3 server's player history data will or won't be restored?

I cannot answer that right now. Development is still working to restore as much as they can.

Thank you sir. I know you guys have been busy. Thanks again for taking the time to answer my question as best you could.

Can someone tell me what happened i already claim my server 3 month before and today i just check my game server in gametracker 10 top players rank everything removed my game server name el greco minigames. My server now fucked already and led to shut down.
