We noticed that our server has been de-listed or banned from the GameTracker rankings, and we would like to submit an appeal for review.

We would like to clarify that our server does **not** use fake players, idle clients, spectators, music bots, or any other method intended to artificially increase player counts or manipulate the ranking system.

It is possible that this restriction is related to actions or configurations made by the **previous server owner**, before the server was taken over by us. Since we became the current owners, we have reviewed the entire server setup and removed any configuration that could violate the GameTracker ranking guidelines.

At this time, we confirm that:

* No fake or idle clients are being used
* No spectators or music bots are running
* The server is open only to **real, active players**
* No tools or methods are used to manipulate rankings
* We have read and fully understood the GameTracker ranking guidelines and are fully compliant

We kindly ask you to re-check our server status and, if everything is found to be compliant, restore our server to the GameTracker rankings.

I have opened a new server, and when I added it, a message appears saying that this server is banned. I don’t know why the server is banned, especially since I just opened it.
Sorry but, this IP is permanently banned for serious abuse, as were many other IPs beginning 139.162.xxx.xxx and will never be reinstated on GT.

I didn’t violate anything. I just opened the server recently, and you can take a look at it to see that it’s new. What should I do in order to have the ban lifted?

Sorry, the ban will not be lifted regardless.
You will need to get a new IP. Sorry but it is that simple.
If you use the same provider, I suggest that you request a guarantee that any new IP is not banned here. As I said above; many other IPs beginning 139.162.xxx.xxx have been permanently banned.

I recently purchased a new game hosting service for my Counter-Strike 1.6 server with the IP address 188.212.100.63:27015 (dr.csarenax.ro).https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/dr.csarenax.ro:27015/


After adding and claiming the server on GameTracker, I noticed that it is marked with the following message:

"GAME SERVER RANKING
This server has been detected to report fake or idle clients and it is not eligible to be ranked."

I would like to clarify that I have only recently acquired this IP address from my hosting provider. If the server was previously used to report fake or idle clients, this must have occurred under a former owner. I am not using any fake player plugins, artificial boosting systems, or idle client manipulation. The server is fully legitimate and running with real players only.

Unfortunately, due to this previous history, the server is currently not eligible to be ranked, even though I have successfully claimed it.

I kindly ask you to review and re-evaluate the server status, as the current setup is completely clean and compliant with your ranking policies.

Please let me know if you require any additional verification or information from my side.
