Please review the first post of this thread:

"Once your case has been reviewed, your post will be deleted. If your post is delete and no action is taken, your server does not meet the ranking guidelines."

Not every unban request will receive a reply. Your server had been de-ranked for having fake/idle clients.

Next time, I would suggest to not create a new account with the narrative that you just ordered the server. This will only result with all involved accounts being suspended.

Coincidentally, upon reviewing your server in its current state I am seeing 9 clients with 7+ hours of play time and no score. This would be considered as having mass idlers on the server, which is a violation of the rank rules. The rank ban will not be lifted at this time.

Please note, you are allowed to have three advertisement bots active on the server. If you'd like to forego bots and reserve thr three slots open for players to idle that would be fine as well. However, you would need to limit the amount of idlers to a maximum of three.

Just to note for the future, the original reason for the de-rank was having five idlers active on the server for an extended period of time, which is two over the limit. You are allowed to have three bots/idlers active on the server.

The ranking had been disabled for your server for having 4 idle clients, which is one over the limit. Upon reviewing your server again I see three advertising bots, which is perfectly fine, and two other idle clients.

One of the two clients is obviously idle as they have been connected for almost 13 hours and have no score. The other user is potentially idle as they have no score and have been connected for 50 minutes into an established round.

Your server is still in violation for having too many idle users. Ranking will not be reinstated at this time.

Dear sir, there are never any fake players on our server. You can enter the server and check. Many of my players use the steam version. We did what you said a week ago, but our ban has not been lifted. We really want to lift the rankings in a nice way, but our ban is not lifted even though we do not have fake players. Please help.

I'm not saying they are fake players. I'm saying that there are clients connected that are idling on the server. As in taking up a slot and not actually playing, which can be used as a way of boosting the server's rankings.

Hi, our server got marked for fake players some days ago when there was a scanner outage. We would like to request a revaluation, since we never used fake or idle players and we have been the top #1 Hungarian server on gametracker.
You are not the registered owner of the Gametracker server page.
Only the registered owner may make a request to be re-included in the rankings.
This is clearly stated in several places in these forums.
You may apply again when you have taken ownership of the server page.

I've closed out multiple reports against your server, 135.125.224.100:27015, for awhile now due to insufficient evidence. However, yesterday I discovered association between your server and a certain boosting site, which will go unnamed, that has plagued this site for a long time. Due to this, the ranking was disabled for your server.

I investigated deeper today and there is further indications of boosting activity. Although, without server-side evidence I can't be 100% sure. But, there is enough to keep the NR intact at this time.

It sure doesn't help that a member of your community sent me a PM offering a $200 bribe to restore the ranking, which has earned them a suspension for their troubles...
