I have a problem. So... i'm member of the CS 1.6 server Nord.Gamefever.Ro, and i don't no who register this server on your site.

Anyway, i want to see who is this, who register this server. How i do these ?

It's "legal" to register a server without tell who is ? I suppose, who take this action is not authorized to do this.

There is nothing illegal about adding a server, and with what you are saying you must think seeing the server in the server browser ingame is not legal. If you do not want your server to be public, you may want to find out if there is a way not to report stats or just not run a server.
