We have a banner on our web-site that we use thanks to gametracker. However sometimes it show's on our web-site with a lock and you cannot see anyone that is logged into on the web-site banner. We can still join it and use it properly but it show's with a lock on the banner. Anyone know what may be happening or how to resolve it? Thanks in advance.

It appears to be an issue with your banners, because when it happens, I can go to other sites that offer banners, and they work fine.
