Hi GT support staff,

I have a somewhat weird issue, hope you can help.

Yesterday my new MoH server was set up and is now online (can configure it tohrough game server providers caontrol panel, it`s up and running).

Then I tried to add it to the Gametracker`s database in order to crete a new banner for our website.

The weird thing now is, that GT says the server is already in it`s database, but if I search for it, GT returns no appropriate results.

I will provide a step by step guidancer what I did so far, maybe it`s just being me stupid

1.) I logged in to my GT-account
2.) looked up whether my new MoH server is online with the IP/Port given from provider
3.) GT returns that server is NOT in its database, see screenshot:

4.) a lookup of just the IP (without the port number) returns 2 results, but no MoH-server - meaning my server which I am looking for is definitely NOT in the GT database (in case I have port number wrong or something), see screenshot:

5.) In the following I try to add my server to the GT database with the data given by my game server provider, see screenshot:

6.) GT returns that a MoH server with this IP/Port is already in it`s database (see screenshot below) - despite it is NOT showing up if one searches for it...

7.) I tried also alternative port combinations to add it to the GT-database, but no luck (then GT returns that my IP/port combination might be wrong etc., red color).
A crosscheck with the server data from my provider definitely say port 48888 as query port and port 10000 as join port, IP is correct and server is running.

==>> what`s wrong?

Sorry guys,
I knew its me being stupid - had one of the port numbers wrong (was 48800 instead of 48888 as GT gives a default).
All working fine now!
==> case closed.

I have a multi game server with 4players.net, on this server I had installed bad compay 2 for bath and this server with them announced.

now I installed medal of honor on this server....

but if I want to announce the server at gametracker come always this error message

( A server with this ip/query_port already exists in the GameTracker database. )

please they delete this server from their database!
