I Have Just Created A Server By Hdls Dedicated Server . I Know The Private IP To JOin D Server N It Is Coming In The Server List.

But What Is My Public So As To Share With My Friends ANd Player ...??

after reading many post i get too know i cn get my public ip through what is my ip .com i got an ip which is

Your IP Address Is: 59.178.131.208

but when is try adding my server into gametracker list it says

Gametracker could not scan the server.

One of the following suggestions may help you:

* Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
* You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again
* Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning

* my server was online as i was in d server . i tried restarting.

* i dont know what is query port i add only dis port 27015

Are you saying that you set up the configs/command line to run off of the private IP? If so that might be causing a scanning problem. Do you run any mods that could conflict with the query protocol?

I'm having the same problem.
As I cannot use the IP which HLDS gave me, I entered the IP which I got from www.whatismyip.com but still no solution.
Please help. It's urgent!
