I appear to have lost about 3 months of player stats. It looks like currently there is only about 2 weeks worth of stats there. I am missing a whole bunch of players from the list.

Can you tell me if this is a temporary issue? If not, what happened!

Something is very messed up with my top players list. There are tons of players appearing who have never set foot in my server. And that includes the top 5 players listed.

Can you make sure you are not adding some other server's stats into mine. Poll your database and see where any of those top 5 players are playing.

There was an internal error causing another server's stats to be merged with those from your server. That has been fixed, however, its not possible for us to filter out the stats from the other server.

You can manually remove invalid players individually or completely remove all player stats by using the server manage page.

Going forward, player statistics on your server should be recorded correctly.
