Howdoes GameTracker calculate the Team ranks? like what do they take into consideration etc.

A lot of the team rank includes server popularity (eg number of servers and the respective ranks). Ranks of servers are considered by game, so a rank of 100 in a game that has 1000 servers is much better than 100 in game that has 110. Membership in the clan page also gives a better rank. More members, the better rank.
