Hello, i am from Russia, sorry for my bad English.
My TS3 Server is running but in banners write that server is down (dead), what i can do that my status server in the banners will be ONLINE? http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/62.140.250.53:9529/ - if you connect to server, you can see that server is runnig and stably work

It seems your server lacks permissions required to be able to scan your voice server. Please see http://www.gametracker.com/games/ts3/forum.php?thread=42258 to diagnose it yourself.
You may want to visit www.teamspeak.com to find information on the particular error.
