Server with ip/port already exists in gametracker database

I tried to add our bc2 server into the gametracker db AFTER changing the server name to GameTracker and received the following message.

A server with this ip/query_port already exists in the GameTracker database.

But if I search GameTracker for BC2 using that ip and port, nothing is found.

ip/port=217.163.23.128:19567

Raised a ticket with gameservers and they said to post here.

It looks like the server is not even able to start at the moment so perhaps that is another reason why i can't add it.....will come back if and when the server actually starts.

Is this your server entered as an MOH server? http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/217.163.23.128:7673/
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

Now I am really confused....

If you claim the server, you can modify the gametype from the owner options. There is a link on the server page to claim the server.

Hi, the server is now up and running, but when I try to add the server again in GT using the following 217.163.23.128:19567 I still get the error as reported in the opening post.

I have never had these problems before, so not quite sure whats going on....

All sorted i think - i just realised what you meant about claming and changing the gametype, but i still dont understand why the ip / port is different.
