even though i have players playing on my server i see it as ZERO players here why??

I am assuming you are talking about the server in your favorites on your profile.

I am not able to scan this server on HLSW (hlsw.org), which you can confirm for yourself. This will cause GT to show your server as online because the server cannot be scanned, hence no players will show. Once you resolve the scanning issues, you should see players on again. The problem may lie with a firewall, an incorrect server setup, a mod that modifies the query protocol, or other things.
