I have 2 issues:

1) I can not delete banner for server 8.6.75.164:19567.
We no longer use the server, but the delete server button is unavailable.

2) Our new server is setup, and I have claimed it. I have created the banner and copied the code directly to our website, but the banner shows:

Server not found in the
GameTracker Database

Why does it appear on your site but nor on ours?

There is no server at http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/8.6.75.164:19567/

Would you mind posting the link to the banner page for the server in question for number 2? You may want to view the source code of your webpage when you visit it to see if it is entered properly. Sometimes if you paste the code in the CMS, a CMS may be quirky and parse it incorrectly.
