hello all, ok i never had this problem before adding a server?

Along with saying the server cannot be added, that also includes a guide to diagnose the issue. It seems your server does not have permissions to allow the scanning.
If you search the www.teamspeak.com forums, you can find information on these particular errors. use port=9991 error id=0 msg=ok clientlist error id=2568 msg=insufficient\sclient\spermissions failed_permid=8474 channellist error id=2568 msg=insufficient\sclient\spermissions failed_permid=8472 serverinfo error id=2568 msg=insufficient\sclient\spermissions failed_permid=8470
