Our TS3 voice server randomly shows down, when it is not. Randomly shows the wrong data, ie wrong number of clients connected. (not just momentarily) In the details page it will say it can't scan because it is down, but on the banner it will show it as up. Our TS3 server has been online for months. what is with the random problems with scanning?

There was an outage on one of our back end servers recently. That server has been repaired. Servers should be scanning normally now.

This would have affected data for your server for the earlier half of today. Were these problems occurring before that time and/or are they still occurring?

This happens randomly. It has happened in the past, and it was happening the other day when I posted. I won't say it happens all the time, but we use the GT banner on our website, and it often will show it as being offline when I know that it is not.

I will look into this, but it may take some time.

I believe this issue has been fixed. Can you verify if you are still experiencing errors on GameTracker for your server?
