Im having problems with my ts3 server showing no players when it has many players...I know you guys are having problems tracking codbo servers is this p[roblem now starting with the ts3 servers as well? tsviewer reads the server just fine why cant GT? This only happens intermitenty and is not constant its actually happening to both our ts3 servers

I will try and monitor your server to catch the problem in real time.

This issue is also occuring with our TS3 server.

Ok, thanks for you help. I have a good idea what the problem is and it appears related to the issue linked above. Unfortunately, we won't have the resources to begin working on it until the beginning of next week at the earliest.

Thank You very much for taking the time to look into this i was able to get a screen This is also happening intermitenly with our other TS3 server as well

We've identified the cause of this issue. Its a connection timeout while requesting data from the server. We'll be working on a fix for this issue next week.

I believe this issue has been fixed. We'll still be working on some minor things to fine tune the server scanning routines. Can you verify if you are still experiencing bad scans?
