My TeamSpeak 3 server is no longer displaying that it has any players connected even though there are usually at least 10 people on through out the day. TSViewer correctly shows the players connected, however GameTracker does not.

It was working fine up until a few weeks ago. I have claimed the server as my own and thought this may help however the issue is still continuing. Could I please have some assistance?

At this very moment 9 players are connected however the banners and page displays 0/30.

We've identified the cause of this issue. Its a connection timeout while requesting data from the server. We'll be working on a fix for this issue next week.

I believe this issue has been fixed. We'll still be working on some minor things to fine tune the server scanning routines. Can you verify if you are still experiencing bad scans?
