Can you update our Bad Company 2 servers that are on IP 213.115.187.247 to 213.115.187.210 - I hate to fill out all the information again and loose any stats.

Is there really NOTHING you can do, even if it takes some time for you? We are loosing ranks close to 500 and starting over at 5000+. I know it might seem unimportatnt for you but we actually care about our reputation.

I did add the servers and they have the same names, can't I verify it is the same servers and you just flip some SQL query to sort it out?

If your servers are just as popular, you'll be close to the previous rank probably within a week. However, if either way if this new IP is not as popular as the previous IP, the server will go to the same, lower rank.

There aren't a whole lot of stats on the servers that you guys would be losing - is there another server that has a lot of history on it? I seem to be missing it, maybe you could clarify it for me.

If this was done for you, it would have to be done for everyone. Spending 5-10 minutes to readd those servers and claim them would be much easier on everyone so that the admins would not have to receive the verification and then manually alter the database.
