I believe that is due to your server banning the scanner IP(s) due to too many scans. I am not sure what setting in particular would determine this, but it seems like your server does not allow GT to scan it often enough. You may want to search www.teamspeak.com

Actually according to support from GS this is GT problem .

From what I have read on the TS forums, what happens is your server bans the GT scanner if it scans too frequently. The ban the server creates for this only lasts for a few minutes I believe. If your server was not so touchy on scanning every few minutes, perhaps you would not see the message.

Yeah unfortunatly i have a "touchy" server I guess but thats what i was provided with . There is no setting i as the renter of the server can make to remedy this ....Im putting in another ticket concerning this with GS and what you have said here maybe they can set it properly
