Our vent host's IP changes regularly which is why there is a automatically updated dns on it but GT refuses to use anything but the old IP so It thinks my Ventrilo from AVS is dead.

I would recommend asking them for a static IP or find a host that provides your server with a static IP since GT does not support dynamic DNS addresses. I'd imagine you also have issues each time they update the DNS as the update propagates the internet, right?
