Oh, c'mon, dude!! It's the million time this month whem my server appears to be offline in Gametracker, but in fact it is ONLINE!!! It's a plot?? Do we bother someone? Please solve this problem. My server ip is 80.96.216.148:27015

Your server seems to be able to be scanned sometimes, however sometimes it cannot. So, if you resolve the scanning issues, you should see it as online. Perhaps it shows down during a map change or something, I have not watched your server long enough to know.
