Servers can be configured through configuration files, RCON commands, or other methods of administrating your server given by the game. You can change the name in the same way you did in the first place to get the name as what it is now.

It wouldn't exactly be fair to claim a server page for a server that is not yours.

Perhaps you will want to contact the owner of the server and take over the bill for it.
