I am not able to scan this server (using HLSW, hlsw.org). You can confirm this yourself if you want.
The most common issue is with not having a firewall on the server box configured properly. First, I would look into that. Then, if not, you should look to see what has been changed recently since it appears to have only started recently.

server had a lot of problems that makes it crash in the past few days and you can watch it from the GT graph... we also tried putting pb off and other stuff.. now it seems that the problem was in the maprotation... however i have to talk to the serverfarm admin and see if he did something to the firewall or other things...
btw i can ping it from xfire or prompt
