Please tell me that you guys are going to fix my server and give me back my rank 35. It was n# 1 in Brazil

PS: My server was rank 35, but all day with this problem so Am I losing positions?

Another bug: My server IP 189.1.162.226:3114 sometimes appear offline but it is not true. The server is allways online and with players.

Could you guys please put my rank 35 back quickly? I'm afraid losing positions while this problem persists and when you guys fix jump from 35 to 300.

Please fix that as soon as possible.

Your server will rerank automatically over the next few days.

I cannot guarantee your server will attain the same rank as it had in the past. There are a lot more servers reporting data correctly now and its possible some of them will have better statistics then yours going forward. There may also still be some unresolved issues with the Black Ops scanning affecting server ranking.

Looking at the graph http://cache.www.gametracker.com/images/graphs/server_rank.php?GSID=1312162 for http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/189.1.172.74:3084/ I don't see any previous rank data. It looks like this server was added on 3/16/2011. So, it appears as though this server was removed from GameTracker and then re-added.

But my server was not removed from GameTracker. I'm the ownor of all ZM BRASIL servers, why the hell I would delete my server that is ranked in 35?

This is the second time that a ZM BRASIL server is reseted.

You mean my server will get more rank but from 10030 (everything again)? Now I'm more than 4000 and are you telling me that I will back to 35 but I need get all positions again? From yesterday?

My server is not down.

I guess someone add the IP again when the BlackOps servers was off in gametracker on purpose to reset my rank. Maybe is a bug that GT should fix.

Players stats is not available yet on BlackOps servers. When gametracker will fix this, so my server will be reseted again?
