I just moved my server to a new ip. The new ip is already claimed by the old owner. It wont let me claim it or even add it to my favorites. Please HELP

Can you post the link to the server and the error message you receive?

You make corectly changes on the server before you claimed? you change the name server in the Game Tracker ? and afther that you try to claim?

That is the server I am trying to claim. Although my hosting company assigned me the port of 19569 with same ip. When I try to claim it

That would indicate that the server name is "No Name Gamers Mixed Vietnam " as opposed to GameTracker. Are you sure that you are updating the name? Try again and verify that the name is set to GameTracker first.

Yes I have tried it many many times. Did you notice the difference in port numbers? Could it be that enough time has not passed between owners ?

So, are you trying to claim a server that is not yours?
This server is: Address: 75.102.38.8 Port: 19567 Query Port: 48888

Is that the query port for your server or theirs?

My server has an ip of 75.102.38.8 and a port of 19569 and query port of 48888. The difference is the PORT number.....

Looks like you have fixed the issue and that the query port was not 48888 like you specified but was actually 48890.
