Hi, I own a server cs-beast. Unfortunately, someone has already had an IP address and added it gametracker. http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/89.231.6.7:27028/ the side of my server. During this visit I rank broken rank on the server: (Please fix this.

What is wrong with the rank? You were at such a low rank from it being down for a long time, and you have begun to gain rank daily.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

No. rank is saved from the old server to the page

We cannot artificially increase you to a high rank for you. Now that the IP is back online, you will notice the rank go up, as you have indeed already noticed.

You can of course claim the server and reset player statistics if you want to.

Dear Admin. I have seen something which I do not understand. On BlackOps I see a server ranked 23th with an average of 15.6 players. My server has an average of 16 but is ranked 74th (A [iBG] BlackOps HC). How can that be? Thx for your time

Player rank is determined from the past month of data, but looks more closely at the recent week. Since that server must have been more popular in the past week, it is above you in rank. The average player count does not have any modifiers like this.
