I found out that if you spec a person with a lot of points and then quit, you will be awarded their points. I had to change my name because I didn't want the points that i didn't earn. I tested it using a player named JustATest and spec'ed someone with a lot of points, briefly and then quit. I got their 2000 and some points in 5 seconds. I hope this can be fixed.

GameTracker records what it receives from the server. Unfortunately, as you are very clearly indicating, this is an issue with the game itself reporting one user's stats for the person spectating them (so not a gametracker.com bug). You will have to contact the game developers directly (for whatever game you may be referring to).
