Our TS3 Server banner has read "Dead" for the last few weeks. The banner that shows who is on TS3 reads "Dead" as well. The server is up and running and has been for at least 4 months. I've tried to reclaim the server but I get a scan error:

This server cannot be scanned

Please ensure that this server is currently up and running and is not firewalled.
Please verify and update the following information if it is not correct:

Here is the link to the gametracker page: http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/64.154.38.226:9303/

Please advise.

You can diagnose teamspeak problems with http://www.gametracker.com/games/ts3/forum.php?thread=42258

I cannot get past the first step with your server, which leads me to think there is a firewall issue. Please look into what changes may have been made to the firewall or other parts of the network that would have caused it to show dead for the past few weeks.

I know I haven't changed any firewall settings. Its a gameservers TS3 account. I don't think I even have access to their networks firewall. The server is up and running fine its just the banners that aren't working right.

It seems that now only the serverinfo command fails. Please set up the permissions properly as indicated by the guide in my first post.

Do not use the LAN address. If you are on the computer the server is on, you can use a website like whatismyip.com to find your ip.
