Hi.I have a server registered on gametracker and two days gametracker says my server but my server is off work I need help with this problem

I am unable to scan this server on HLSW (hlsw.org), you can confirm this behavior for yourself if you want. Unfortunately we cannot magically fix this for you.
I would recommend looking back 1-2 days at the changes made to the server, since it only occurred recently. I would particularily pay attention to the firewall changes if applicable since that is the most likely culprit.
