how do I post a youtube video on forum of my team?

First, copy the link in the address bar from the youtube page. Next, add a new reply to an existing topic or create your own topic, then paste the address in the box. Click submit and they will be able to click the link to go to the page.

But I want to know how to post the link without redirection so they can see his own page in the forum.
as the following example:

There is not any feature to embed a video in a post; however, as the forums are further developed, it is possible it will be added.
